Shipping policy

We offer shipping with Postnord:

We deliver international orders with Postnord to a Postnord Service Point or a Postnord parcel locker

Your order will be delivered to the nearest Postnord Service Point or Parcel Locker, where you can then pick it up. We strive to pack the item the same day, so you can receive your order within 4-6 business days. Sometimes, however, Postnord can take longer with their deliveries.
You will receive an SMS from Postnord about when and where you can pick up your package.

If you do not pick up your order at the specified parcel shop before the collection deadline, we will receive the package back. No17Therapy.com does not assume responsibility for returned packages.

Postnord charges a fee for a return shipment, so if you want us to send the package again, we must ask you to pay this fee and the expenses for sending a new shipment.

If you do not want us to resend the package, we will refund the amount you paid minus the aforementioned Postnord return fee. The same terms apply if you have entered the wrong email, phone number and delivery address on your order.
