Refund policy

Returns

Please return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You will bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods.

Please note that you lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons. This applies to No17 Therapy Essential Oils, No17 Therapy Natural Soap, No17 Therapy Body Oil, No17 Therapy Natural Perfume.

When returning the products, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged properly. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery, and therefore we recommend that you use a well known shipping courier, as you can always track the item with a tracking number and hold the courier responsible if the item is damaged or lost.

Please note: We do not accept packages sent by COD.

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back - however, shipping costs will be deducted from the amount. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund any payment received from you within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
