To shop at No17Therapy.com you must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid credit card that we accept. If so, simply select the items you want to purchase and add them to your “shopping cart.” You can edit the contents of your shopping cart right up until the ordering process, and you can check the contents and price of your items by clicking on “shopping cart” in the menu.

When you are ready to order, click on the “shopping cart” in the menu, which will take you to the overview of your purchases. Here you can choose to continue shopping or go to “checkout”, where you enter your address, delivery method and payment information. Remember that if you click “checkout” you accept our terms and conditions - they are, like all other terms and conditions, completely normal but please read on below :)

All prices on No17Therapy.com include VAT and are in Danish Currency (DKK)

When you enter your payment information, all your card information is encrypted with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt for your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has only been entered into when you have received an order confirmation from us.

We offer two delivery methods:

1) Parcel delivery with Post Danmark to post office

Your order will be delivered to the nearest Post Butik, where you can then pick it up. We strive to pack the item the same day, so you can receive your order within 3-5 business days. Sometimes, however, Post Danmark can take longer with their deliveries.
You will receive an SMS from Postnord about when and where you can pick up your package.

If you do not pick up your order at the specified parcel shop before the collection deadline, we will receive the package back. No17Therapy.com does not assume responsibility for returned packages.

Postnord charges a fee of DKK 49 incl. VAT for a return shipment, so if you want us to send the package again, we must ask you to pay this fee as well as DKK 30 incl. VAT for a new shipment.

If you do not want us to resend the package, we will refund the amount you paid minus the Postnord return fee of DKK 49 incl. VAT. The same terms apply if you have entered the wrong email, phone number and delivery address on your order.

2) Pick up at our store No17 limited in Tisvildeleje

If you live nearby, you are welcome to pick up your order from us by prior arrangement at our store No17 limited, located at Hovedgaden 59, 3220 Tisvildeleje. Please write this in an email or a note at “checkout”, so we can arrange pickup. Our store is normally open on weekends Saturday & Sunday 11:00 - 16:00

Please return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You will bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged properly. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery, and therefore we recommend that you use Post DK's parcel post, as you can always track the item with a tracking number, and hold Post DK responsible if the item is damaged or lost.
Please note: We do not accept packages sent by COD.

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back - however, shipping costs will be deducted from the amount. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund any payment received from you within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

When you shop at No17Therapy.com, you of course have the right to a complaint. This means that you can either have the item exchanged or your money refunded, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.
You must file a complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product.

Please write us an email at mail@no17therapy.com before sending and describe the defect in the item as detailed as possible.

Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping.
Please note: We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
